Davidson Jail and Sheriff

Contact the agency that created the record. For a county-jail custody release entry, booking sheet, or booking photograph, start with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office or jail. Published general contacts do not establish a separate records counter schedule, so confirm access before visiting.

Davidson court records. A court order can show the legal authority for release, though the jail’s custody entry is the source for physical departure. The Clerk of Superior Court provides access to eligible case files and public terminals during published weekday hours.

State release and supervision. NCDAC handles state-prison release data and post-release supervision, not county jail records. Its public-record request channel is online. District 22 serves Davidson County when public offender information indicates active probation, parole, or post-release supervision.
